Yes, I have to say I was more focused on the head than the rest of the damn body. I'm better at drawing heads. I should stick to drawing heads.

If it's not wearing clothing, AS NON-ANTHROPOMORPHIC DRAGONS DON'T WEAR CLOTHING, then you should add some muscle definition and scales and wrinkles and stuff

My point is, it looks odd, as there isn't a cloak/cape/jacket/etc and the skin looks like a flat canvas.

if there is a cloak or whatever on it then maybe you could make a different color or something than the skin
and maybe, like, something else to show it's a cloak

All it needs really is for the cloak to have a border, so that you can distinguish it from the skin, and a few wrinkles.
