well, the only people who can wield the chainsword whip are Admiral Face and Mecha-Face, in which, both have metal suits that include bionic muscles that allow them to lift heavy things.

So does the draco suit, but the sword that he's holding doesn't have a bunch of complicated mechanisms and stuff. So it's much lighter than the chainsword whip.
