Laruam, Progenitor of Specters
Summoned through an elaborate ritual, Laruam is an ethereal entity composed entirely of unknown matter, shrouded in darkness. Under normal conditions, Laruam stands at 10 ft tall, however, if under stress or in pursuit can grow to 40 feet. It is capable of shape-shifting (will retain shroud) and can extend appendages approximately 100 yards. Whether intentional or not, Laruam will not speak or make noise apart from a soft, foreboding hum of unknown origin. Considering that the first perceived sighting of Laruam could date back thousands of years, it is believed that it is the being in which specters were created and through which specters continue to propagate/function.
(think of specters as spirits w/ powers, or more simply SCP for this entire description)
Laruam's primary ability is what gives it its undeniable power and presence. Any object that comes into physical contact of Laruam, regardless of status, animacy, sentience or corporeality, becomes a specter and generates spectral powers/qualities within a few minutes. Any human that comes in contact with Laruam will die instantly, becoming a specter and becoming able to be summoned through means regular to most specters. Laruam is near indestructible and it is prophesized that only a blow of unimaginable force will be able to destroy him permanently.
