The Resonte!:
go get yourself a notepad and write down all visual ideas that come into your head
find an online creativity corner (tm)
search up an online drawing idea dispenser that you gotta draw
take lcd and a sketchbook
pick one
for motivation, i suggest being envious of other better artists
or perhaps a desire to draw material for other people
or cause it'll add to your resume

i mean i dont have anything to be a digital artist so i use pencil, mechanical pencil, or i freedraw with no reference with pen.

literally just practice, draw whatever and don't quit until you're finished with it
