Victini is a rare, humanoid Pokemon well known for its large, V-shaped ears, large eyes, and misproportionate body. Most data covering it is from fossil evidence of its existence due to how elusive it is.
Its eyes are large and take up almost 40 percent of its entire skull. These eyes possibly allowed it to see in the dark, or possibly even see ultraviolet or infrared waves.
Old depictions of Victini illustrate it being able to fly using the two winglike appendages on its hips, but it is physically impossible for wings this small (relative to its body) to allow it to fly, or even glide. If it did fly, it is unknown how it was able to.
