I don't understand lips, too.. I believe, because lip color is similar to the skin, drawing it's outline won't work well. Unless they're wearing makeup.. so I just use a plain line for mouths. One of the reasons I disagree with: Thicker the border the better. Thick borders identify with more defined areas to me, and things gradualy mesh with it's background at times.. Bah, I hate drawing coloring. |
