It looks amazing, the only criticism I have is that the rocks almost look the same style as the clouds, making them seem non-solid.

Yeah try making the rocks have sharper or geometric edges so they don't look like clouds.

Um I'm sorry But that is not going to get you into an Art College at least a high grade one. I'm only saying this for pure criticism and Sorry for bumming you out but You need to work on your shading Dark /  Lighter areas , and the landscape looks way too cartoony.
