Sorry, but your friend isn't who you think he is. He's been banned from this forum multiple times for trying to steal various works.
In this case, the simple fact that he's claiming something he drew is made in flash, when it's very clearly a photo of a pencil drawing, should be enough of a red flag

If someone is genuinely unconfident about their gender, then sure... Some confusion might happen.
If someone changes their gender online with intent to manipulate or trick people then yes, that's terrible.

I have never seen Spidey use her Gender to do anything weird/wrong.
