The painting is really good, but the anatomy needs some work, specifically the hands, the thumb on her left hand is a little too slim and long, and her right hand seems smaller than the left, and the pose seems kind of awkward.

I really like it but it needs some work.

I won't lie, my anatomy is really bad right now, but I'm still struggling a lot in that regard
As for the pose I have a stupid habit of making awkward poses

Just remember; the thumb starts from the bottom side of the palm, and you'll rarely see it parallel to the fingers

Your thumb is as long as your other fingers

another thing to remember is that side without the thumb, or where your ulna bone is connected, is the axis at which the hand rotates.
example;

The ulna is the bone one the right btw.
