[UB] Union of the Block Application. Pic Heavy

The Bay Windows top and bottom looks odd, with those non wedged bricks sticking out, the walls looks dup'd, So I guess theres like 1x1 beside another 1x1 thats suppose to be the end of a 1x2 row, nothing inside, no windows, the fence looks kind of odd with the shape of the build.
If I were in this Block of union clan thingy, Id say no.

From what I've learned you can give a rating even if the person did not ask for a rating because the user did not say he/she didn't want a rating.
