It's like two unrelated statements got jumbled together. What the hell are you saying? List hats in the player list? That's... dumb...
Edit: Now I get it. It'd be rather obstructive and probably failed for possible destruction of the list. Default hats are part of the model, where as these are separate. It'd be stupid to forget with default stuff for it. Not only that, these hats are not default, so most servers you'd come out bald.
