I Googled for images of it, but couldn't find anything... As I was typing this, a VGCats comic came to mind which should portray the idea... I just have ti figure out which one it is and post a link to it, then it'll all make sense. Brb (Saying that as in I might not respond for a little while).
Edit: There's too many comics to check them all... Just.. wearing a head... as a hat... Zombie head like.

You've never thought about some zombie head, cut off at the jaw, all green and at a slight angle because it's not supposed to be a hat? And all this except it's an actual Blocko-head for hilarity?
