I agree, they still need something that directly counters a pyro (such as how a pyro counters a spy).

A boomerang would fit the Snipers accent.
Spy's need a decoy though, like you put something on the ground and it makes a fake person or something...

I want to submit my ideas. But I'm not sure if they are developed enough. I also think that a few models will need to be made before submitting the weapon.
