Haven & Hearth: how do i heart telport

More stuff went down, I was stupid and went and lost another boat with most of our stuff (:u). Some guys who called themselves the Sprucehat Brigade stole em, and then they attacked us when we wanted to get them back. Then they chased us down the river and eventually we homeported but just before that someone boated towards us on the river and started a conversation with me in whisper and claims to be crfernald/Erich Honecker. I am wondering if anyone can tell me more about him or this 'sprucehat brigade'.
