Haven & Hearth: how do i heart telport

i've killed like 10 noobs
shot at 3 not-noobs in their palisades
got tracked once, guy came at me while i was foraging, i fought him off and made him run (he hasn't tracked me since)
and made one farmer drown himself when i didn't have murder, which i presume belongs to the above ranger
