| How well would a blockland server run from a 200 gig external? |

And how would something run faster on a USB external HDD then directly through SATA (or IDE)...? To put it in short it would probably be better to run it on a regular internal HDD. |

A better processor, better RAM, and a better connection will improve your server's performance. The external drive will just slow it down when it needs to read/write, which isn't very often aside from startup and shutdown. |
