How do I make a projectile explode when it 'sticks', being ballistic?

How on earth is that confusing?

You first talk about how you want it to stick, then you say, but i want to make it explode instead of stick.

That's because I cannot make a ballistic projectile that doesn't bounce at a certain angle limit that doesn't stick to wall when it happens to not bounce.
