50-70 Scare Crows and Twisted Jesters
60-80 OK go pq and make friends (GSPQ)
80-90 MP3
90-100 Vikerolas and Gallos
100-120 any monster near your level. All og which is in Leafre.

You need to go to a shop and buy a magnifying glass to show the item's hidden potential
They do stuff like raise stats or HP/MP, i don't know what else they're capable of
