I find it funny that people hate Diggy when he actually is a cool guy. When people piss him off they suffer the consequences, I don't see that as a bad thing. If I was running the server 90% of the people would be banned.

On Topic: You can't join a city rp server and expect your build to stay forever. None of these people are professional hosts.
Besides, CityRP servers suck ass.
