Fable TLC help?

I was playing Fable TLC, did some things and saved.

Then, when I loaded the game it started out from the beginning... Why the forget?

Isnt "Hero save" the save option for fable or am i missing something?

if you use hero save when in the middle of a quest it will load before the quest has started
