Two nooby computer questions.

What are the names of the two parts frequently found on any motherboard where one appears to be a small battery wrapped in a colored plastic and connected at the bottom and one is a torus with copper wire coiled around it.

I don't feel like googling around for this- someone give me a straight answer and I'll lock this ASAP.

Working on a project for Biology where I compare parts of a cell to parts of something else. I chose an Xbox360 for my comparison because I had an RRoD'd one lying around and wanted to familiarize myself as much as possible with all the parts of it.
