It should be big. 1080p, and 1680x1050 resolution on my part. Not sure on the codec.

A 13 minute 1080p video can still be smaller than a gigabyte. It could be around 200-300MB if you use a good codec.
If you using Sony Vegas, just upload it straight from in the program.
