ChexGuy331:

sorry, but the game you want doesn't exist. cough up some dough for Battlefield 2142 Deluxe Edition. Not much character customization there, but there's plenty of large maps to choose from and 4 classes with 4 weapons for each (2 default, 1 for each team and 2 unlockables that are for both teams) and the epic Titan mode.

Halo doesn't suck, I like it. Seems like you haven't played it.

Megamax2001:

Star Wars Battlefront 2 Is Sci-Fi, You can customize your character with skins (PC), There Are Vehicles, It's a shooter, but it's around $20. It comes with Lots of maps, and with Mods you can create some maps. No turn Base, Everything in it is a Battle.

It has to be free, I dont mind premium item shop, as long as all maps and game areas are available for free. Also a good amount of effort to be put into character development...

GOGO!
