Finding Vault 101 frequency in Fallout 3?

I wanted to se Vault 101 after doing the campain, and picked up a signal named ''Vault 101 PA'' , or something.
But I couldn't hear a thing. I've checked the Fallout Wiki, where it says that you can be in Megaton to hear the call, but I don't. Now where do I need to go to hear the distress call?
Please help D:

If you wait too long (do too many quests) after the broadcast starts it will go away and you will be unable to complete the quest where you go back to the vault.

After I completed the campain, I did Motership Zeta, Those!, The Big town thingy and the AntAgonizer thingy. I hope that isn't enough.

Yep. Amata probably got gang raped died while you were gone and they disabled the signal.
