Owning a copy of intellectual property does not give you the right to do whatever you want with it.

Also, it it wasn't legal the ESA would of shut him down.

The copyright for the NES ran out a few years ago too.

I don't mind me, just giving out a game that could still be being sold from Steam, or any other service like that.
