Blockland help!!! Plz help guys

Guys , i can't host server!! But i don't know why! , i don't have ports (this doesn't mean anything becouse it worked before, i didnt had ports then too) so people say maybe it will be fixed when version 20 comes, this same thing happend to me before, i couldnt host it , and i think when a new version came it worked, but if its that , then plz tell me when version 20 comes?????????!!!! or you could hlep me fix this problem
