If so Badspot was quite lenient, seeing how he has permabanned the "IcyGamma" account, then the next time he tried to make an account he ended up perma banned again, so I was imagining that Badspot might not take kinda to him and see this as an opportunity to permaban him again.
But hey, hopefully Icy will learn his lesson and things will go back to normal for him.
