Author Topic: School was canceled today, AGAIN  (Read 1867 times)

I've never had a school day cancelled in my life.

I was far too traumatized to go to school, and got no sleep either. My dad was arguing with his girlfriend all night from 8 PM until 5 PM, where he finally started beating her.

He never said it was his. He left out the subject.

Don't worry I had to re-read it as-well. Our brains fill things in for us. :D

First of all, I'm not 8. Second, I meant to write my dad was beating her.

Down in the south, school was closed for a week cause of snow and ice.
fixd

One time in SoCal, there was a fire in Sylmar that was so bad it blanketed OUR SKY (I'm in Valencia) with ash, and we had school cancelled for like 3 days. I played WoW the entire time. The sky looked dismally apocalyptic, it was epic.

Damn Illinois gets no snow. We're supposed to get 1 loving inch of snow tonight

1!

holy stuff im sorry

is your keyboard broken?

Well when I was like in fifth or fourth grade. Some sort of a generator towards the playground at the back of the school made some kind of popping noise and caught on fire. We had to go to another elementary school to get picked up by our parents.

I'm expecting not to have school tomorrow.

I don't have school tomorrow or the day after because of finalization, but my brother and sister have off

I have had a few snow days, and a loving ice storm. Once we had a tornado warning, so we went to the tornado shelter in my school. When they granted me and my mom allowance to head home, she had to drive a 20 year old GMC Sierra through thigh high water, which SUCKED. Anyways, the ice storm sucked. We had no power, but my dad got a generator after the 4th day.
