So if it's seven in the ~~afternoon~~ evening for Knaz, it's half past five PM here and half past four in the morning in the Eastern side of the US.

It would be cool if you could add something akin to the cbrown towns from city 17
perhaps have a city senario where you take a helecopter into the city and have to gather fuel and other supplies

I am planning a cbrown town-like area. It's essentially a train station thing. But as I said, only planning.
