Dunno what you guys mean by 10 mbps and 20 mbps. Mine gets like 50 mbps on speedtest but it DLs files at 1.5-2.0 mbps, which is all that really matters. |

I download at an average of 1.5mps and a maximum of 2.5. |

We're getting the same DL speed. So yes I would consider you to be getting ripped off. Also like I said, it might just be crappy servers. I know Steam doesn't have the greatest servers. |

Also last time I did speedtest it was 43, this time it was 9, I really don't think it is reliable. |
