No, but I don't want to be tethered to the charger. I want to be able to play for like 30 minutes, then play another 30 minutes later. I don't want to have to charge it every time inbetween.

The time can vary though, right? If you have it on lowest settings and shtuff.

Yea. Less audio/screen brightness means less energy used.

And, I don't get why there is a touch-pad on the back? (Or at least that's what I'm seeing)

The reason I like it is because it's an out of the way 'touchscreen', so my fingers won't be blocking the screen when I'm doing something.
