Kalphiter:

--- Quote from: DaSord213 on January 27, 2011, 08:01:08 PM ---No it wasn't. You were causing harm to another persons belongings. Imagine this: You go become friends with a random stranger, he lets you in his house and you burn it down. Tell the court system it was just a joke and that you saved the guys dog! Again, you're a friend and deserve to stay banned.

What? Completely legal, just stupid.

JPSC:

I thought the game didn't have rules.

Virtual legos aren't considered property, that is the worst comparison I have ever seen. Badspot banned him because it says in the EULA that he can ban you for any reason at any time, and he thought he deserved to be banned, that is all there is to it. Nothing illegal happened.

What? It always has, its common sense.

That depends.
--- Quote from: DaSord213 on January 27, 2011, 08:01:08 PM ---What the hell do you think would happen? You A)Clear the bricks and B)Spam the server, possibly to crash, with bans using the console. Do you expect the server host to go "oh lol it was just a joke haha!" or get angry that you crashed/lagged his server and spammed his banlist. You're a friend and you deserve to stay banned.

Good you expressed reason of why I should be banned.

Also that is legal as Kalphiter said. No harm was done anyway. Well, technically NOW harm was done, because I was banned and I can't give him it back. But i'm sure a baseplate with a few 8x8 cubes can easily be rebuilt.

Again, I am not trying to get my key banned, and probably never will. So if you say I deserve to, fine. I do anyway. I'm just seeing what other people think. I don't want my key back.
