In figure 1 it says they do not monitor topics, and are not responsible for content.

Figure 2a. says that they keep ip's etc, however as shown in figure 2b I did not break any rules, therefore has no valid reason to ban me.

What figure 1 means is that they do not (wonderful how you miss words when trying to make a point) ACTIVELY moderate the posts. This means you are warned that there may be some disturbing content that hasn't yet been removed. It doesn't mean people will never be punished.
