ok one person who dosent get rude about this ok why they droped the bomb on there base they were useing it as a test range and theres nothing good about those 4 people its there luck and yes there is still survivors

"there is" should be "there are" or at least "there be"
Also, no one will take you seriously as you have stuff grammar, and are a little kid.
Also, if it hasn't been said enough, your plot is stuffty and unoriginal.
