CSS server for people who aren't epic at the game

Yeah I'm tired of getting insta-head shot by people jumping out of windows all the time. I think this game could be a lot more fun if i was playing with people my own level. Any dedi servers for new people/bad people?

Just keep playing, you will get good, I hit around 250 hours and I was able to take down 3 people coming at me from all sides.

I know really loving good hiding spots on CS_Office for terrorists. If you get a good enough spawn point, you can run to a location and throw a smoke bomb and sit down and all the CTs will run past you, then you hop up behind them and KNIFE KNIFE KNIFE KNIFE
