No, it's about making quality servers and addons.
Currently, the focus is the JailRP, but you have to admit it is looking shizztastic.  We have a few other projects that are coming along, but the JailRP is about more than sitting in the cell.  If you looked at the details for the gamemode, you would be suprised.

Ok, but maybe consieder different server ideas:
 - Competition
    - Eventing
    - Building
    - Race/challenge

 - Zombie
    - ZAPT
    - L4D(2) - with Rykuta's everything (which I can get you)
    - Zombie defense (where players unlock buildings to defend from (recommended)
    - pure survival

 - More stuff that I ran out of time to say/remember

I agree with nexus on the zombie thing. People love zombies!

Also Pink you need to get on more often and post, If someone were to look at the topic, they'd think nexus was running it. Aswell, if pink ever resigns, Nexus should take over.
