There was planning ahead of time; about three weeks of it.
Most of that was spent thinking of names and how they would be taken, but yeah.
I just didn't bother anyone about it because they would get annoyed.

A note to potential alpha testers: The point of an alpha test is to complain about what I am doing wrong, and to offer suggestions and opinons.  Keep a piece of paper and a pencil handy so you can write down a bug that you see, in case I am not there for you to tell me.

Unfortunately, I am unable to release the client today.  Even though I said I would, and I know it is flawless, the lack of alpha testers prevented me from confirming its complete functionality.

Instead of trying to get rid of people the some clan members don't like, we could just add a policy where inactive members are removed, and must reapply.  I think this is better for everyone, since I have never seen Gummybear active.
