People cold exploit things (especially in AfterBlock 2.0 which uses encryption for custom apps people make) re-release broken or damaged versions, and steal content. Its all a risk.

Exploit what? Any exploit would still be there anyway. Also, why would it want to encrypt custom apps? Seems completely useless. And you could still re-release broken versions.
It seems like that it isn't any security you want to preserve, rather your control of the application.
