I'm not being arrogant. So far you have basically only said that my design approach is wrong, and I am quite comfortable with my belief in how AfterBlock should work visually. For some reason you think a quote from Badspot means its an undebatable piece of wisdom-- like a child telling his friend to believe what his says because his mom told him.

If you say so.

I'm familiar with forms, so take your condescending attitude elsewhere. So far it seemed easier to just create a message box and demand the input of the information, a decision thats been vindicated by the amount of people who don't understand when they should put information in or why things don't work when they don't. If you are suggesting more dynamic content such as that, consider it done.

You're going to remake this program and release it later today?
I'd be interested to see that happen.

You are.

I don't care how it looks, you probably have better design sense than I do. It's the fact that you are not using default windows controls, and instead using a game engine.

I won't be learning a different language, I've already admitted Game Maker isn't hugely ideal but it won't be an issue in any form or way when 2.0 is released.
The biggest downfall of Game Maker is its outrageous memory usage, even in a blank project. Fortunately every resource and object has been rewritten, so I've cut down what is being used, I'm sharing resources, tiling graphics and shrinking spirtes, and making more advance scripts to use less lines. This will greatly fasten the load and cut memory usage. Beyond that, a nifty little DLL called CleanMem will be installed that can literally flatten the memory usage by the application, taking away thousands upon thousands of kilobytes being run.
