I'd be happy to take an issue like that far more seriously than you could imagine.

Is this some kind of joke?
CC makes it explicit that you are ALLOWED to use it as long as you give proper attribution.
They have more restrictive licenses, but none of those remove that right.
Also, who would want that "artwork" anyway?

No. You obviously haven't read the restricted licenses. Just because you dislike AfterBlock doesn't make it any different. Its been clear in all your posts you are only here to bitch about it because your bored.
AfterBlock is under a Attribution-No Derivative Works (BY-ND)
--- Quote ---This licence allows for redistribution, commercial and non-commercial, as long as it is passed along unchanged and in whole, with credit to you.

He is ripping bits from it and changing it, whether its concepts, graphics, design, or other elements of the program. He is only allowed to redistributed the untouched program. Credit must be given to me.

Where is that statement?

I suppose, yes, I simply thought that each asset were under the CC license, not the whole program.
I admit that that was a bit stupid.

On the AB about page on the site the text below the "Free" heading is linked to the license and has been since the creation of that page-- thats all I legally need. Admittedly it could be more visible, I never thought someone would be douchy enough to complain about the project than try to steal it. I'm very protective about my online work and I'm prepared to take this further if necessary.

Thats a very silly thing to say. You've been discredited now in my eyes.

You know, the default license is no license at all (also known as "you may not even use this") or the least rights required by law.
