so if people are booted for 10 minutes, the server would never stay populated quick enough, long enough for any real fun to go on.

Not if ya have alot of players and itts in a maze so it lasts longer. If its set on kill it wouldn't be unique. This is a new, never-before-used gametype and if it was set to kill it wouldn't.
