[Ocular] Radio (V2 is being built!)

@Radio v2.0: I would love to help with the project (Eventing especially, though I could also build)
Also, I would like to be able to host [Ocular] servers if I may. In addition, I kinda feel like making my own branch of Ocular Radio in Slezton (The fictional area where most of my servers take place) with an alternative radio schedule and my own DJ 'bots. Give me a holler (PM or just reply to this post) with your thoughts. Thanks!

Alright everyone, tonight I am going on a sync rampage. V2 has officially been built. And is currently 2.1. There will be more effects and addons added to the new set tonight.
