Ephialtes found a bug and spammed

Which happened because Kalphiter mentioned something about feeding his ID list from RTB.
Not sure why he wanted to. RTB has it's own ID list for people to view.

1. It wasn't there forever
2. I only mentioned it, and Ephialtes makes up bullstuff that I actually did it. Ephialtes was trying to put down people who threatened his power.
