Just got Gmod,Server hosting test,offline

UDP 27000-27030. (Or just 27015, it doesn't matter so long as your server uses that one.)
And make sure those ports are ALSO opened on your FIREWALL.

Ok,what shall i name it and what is the LAN number,i have to put one in on my router or it wont let me open them.
Also opened on my firewall?

Looks right. Go on firewall settings and allow port 27015 UDP on there.
