Game runs fine for me on high. And I run on DDR1.
I simply LOVE the gameplay. Except the fact I don't see where the hell the bullets come from. I am being sniped by a assault rifle and I can't spot them with a damn sniper.

Like I said, gameplay is directly taken from Red Orchestra; It's meant to be a bit more realistic.

True in most realism games though depends on how accurate weapons are, I know Arma/Project Reality's weapons are stuff forget realistic accuracy meaning you can't just sprint around and kill everything. Hence the person standing still while properly aiming wins.
