Project Reality is better but this is still pretty good. --- Quote from: Packer on February 07, 2011, 02:38:30 PM ---True in most realism games though depends on how accurate weapons are, I know Arma/Project Reality's weapons are stuff forget realistic accuracy meaning you can't just sprint around and kill everything. Hence the person standing still while properly aiming wins. --- End quote --- It's kind of ridiculous in Project Reality, you'll sprint and then see an enemy, both of you go prone and then wait 5 seconds then start shooting. I'm sure IRL you could pop off atleast two accurate rounds at mid range, in PR I find myself missing people right infront of me all the time resulting in me knifing them. |

--- Quote from: yuki on February 06, 2011, 07:10:20 PM ---Yay realism, I want my guns to jam up from dust every few minutes so I have to field strip and clean them while being shot at by insurgents using more reliable weapons, all while being yelled at by my CO and sitting behind a piece of concrete for 3 hours. I think the funniest thing about realism simulators like OpFor was all the running you had to do, and how you constantly got killed by shrapnel and ricochets. --- End quote --- Realism in the sense of games is basically this, I don't mean jamming and yelling and such. I honestly don't like realistic games that much, a good example of why I like Just Cause 2. Operation Flashpoint, ArmA 2, and Project Reality are good though. |
