Update Eighteen: April 1909
The new neighborhood has been a big success. Many large, single family row houses have been built around it. The square (named Union Square" has attracted the small wealthy class of San Ramon. It features a tall Corinthian column with a golden statue of the goddess Athena.

It has come to the attention of developers that the homes around the city's church are very small and own large pieces of land for such a prime location. They suggest we buy the houses up and zone this sector for businesses.

We should also expand our HQ and designate a area for houses near it. There is plenty of room, and we really do need to expand the HQ. When we do, it would increase business for the town.

The Town also needs more farms, and this barren grassland would be perfect. If we build it, we would need to make a train station though.

The Proposals
So unlike most of the other updates, today you will only have one option of each, and you decide what is needed to be built. On today's list we have Businesses, Farms, and Larger HQ + Houses. Each color pertains to a different subject. If you are confused about this; strap on your helmet and type what confuses you in this topic.
Yellow: Farms and a station. Would allow for more growth in the future; and we have to do this eventually.
Blue: Expand HQ and build houses. This would boost population, and the larger HQ would increase business desirability. Again, we have to do this eventually.
Orange: Redevelop prime real estate in downtown. We would turn these small homes into more shops and offices, boosting desirability for wealthier residents. Also, this would be good to do anytime soon.
Please read the descriptions, and then vote. You have the usual day.
