Basically. You need Raikou, Entei, or Suicune to get Zoroark, and Celebi if you want Zorua. According to this site, at least.

Ah, I also did Celebi. It amazes me all the hidden preset event Pokemon they leave in months ahead of time. The owners say GAMESTP and everything... although the shiny legendaries have blue names, and Celebi has red... So Gamestop is a hermaphrodite.
Thanks for telling me about Zorua, didn't even know.
Is it okay to post a link to the cheats I used to get those, or no? I find it unfair I could only find out about them that one way, and so late... Many others should as well... Ya.
