Two Garrys mod addon questions.

First,how do you install addons? The Gmod wiki is too confusing.
Second,what are some addons that are a must? Just give me like 5-10.

Bedroom map, blockheads, hexed blockheads, blockland weapons, blockland items.

something non blockland related.
like tools and good maps.

Unzip them to C:/programfiles/Steam/steamapps/yourname/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons
I think, something like that
if you have a mac, you have to figure it out.
