The M14 wasnt made by bad company 2 dipstuff, it is an assult rifle, it was a standard issue army/marine DURING the vietnam war, as you said it was replaced by the M-16 which is an assult rifle

The M14 is a battle rifle (or designated marksman's rifle if you want to get technical) you dunce, it's not a sniper rifle. The M14 has no relation to the M16. It was phased out by 1970 as the primary infantry rifle, succeeded by the M16A1, yet is still in military use today.
